Ces encres contiennent des substances chimiques sp\u00e9cifiques qui absorbent les gaz colorants, les pi\u00e9geant avant qu&#039;ils n&#039;atteignent le support. Nous recommandons syst\u00e9matiquement de v\u00e9rifier la composition chimique de votre encre pour le textile avant de lancer un tirage important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-grey-barrier-shield\">Le bouclier de barri\u00e8re grise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le polyester 100% ou le camouflage, une seule couche blanche ne suffit pas. On imprime d&#039;abord une sous-couche grise barri\u00e8re. Cette couche contient des particules de carbone, agissant comme un bouclier. Le carbone retient les gaz de teinture, les emp\u00eachant d&#039;atteindre la couleur de finition. On la pr\u00e9-expose quelques secondes, sans la polym\u00e9riser compl\u00e8tement. Ensuite, on applique la couche de finition blanche. Le r\u00e9sultat est garanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lower-the-temperature\">Abaisser la temp\u00e9rature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La chaleur est l&#039;ennemie. <a href=\"https:\/\/plastisol-inks.com\/fr\/serie-hf\/\">Encre plastisol standard<\/a> Le s\u00e9chage se fait \u00e0 160 \u00b0C (320 \u00b0F), mais cette temp\u00e9rature est critique pour le polyester. Nous utilisons des additifs ou des encres \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature de s\u00e9chage qui fusionnent entre 130 \u00b0C (270 \u00b0F) et 140 \u00b0C (280 \u00b0F). En restant en dessous de 145 \u00b0C (290 \u00b0F), la teinture reste fix\u00e9e au tissu. Utiliser une sonde annulaire<\/strong> Nous ne nous fions pas au petit \u00e9cran du s\u00e8che-linge. Nous utilisons une sonde annulaire pour v\u00e9rifier la temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9elle du v\u00eatement. Parfois, le s\u00e8che-linge affiche 150 \u00b0C (300 \u00b0F) alors que le v\u00eatement est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 165 \u00b0C (330 \u00b0F).
