HF\u30b7\u30ea\u30fc\u30ba \u9ed2\u30d7\u30e9\u30b9\u30c1\u30be\u30eb\u30a4\u30f3\u30af<\/a> is a phthalate-free plastisol ink. It works well on cotton and polyester blends. You get a deep black with high opacity and excellent shear. This makes it ideal for everything from fine text to large solid blocks. It runs smoothly on both manual and automatic presses. Aim for a curing temperature of 160\u00b0C (320\u00b0F) but watch your dwell time closely. The ink film must reach that temperature all the way through to cure properly. After it’s set, the print stays flexible and holds up in the wash. Dye migration is a real risk on dark or sublimated polyester. Always run a wash test before you start a big job so you can check the curing profile.
