HF Series Process Blue Plastisol Ink is a phthalate-free Plastizolowa farba do sitodruku<\/strong><\/a> manufactured for textile and garment printing applications. It is suitable for cotton, polyester and cotton\/polyester blended fabrics, and can be used for process-color work, logos, graphics and general garment printing.<\/p>\n

The ink is designed for both manual and automatic screen printing. It has stable screen transfer and a consistent Process Blue shade during normal production. Typical curing temperature is around 160\u00b0C (320\u00b0F)<\/strong>, with curing time adjusted according to ink deposit, fabric type and dryer conditions.<\/p>\n

For polyester, sublimated or heavily dyed fabrics, a test print is recommended before bulk production to evaluate dye migration and confirm the appropriate curing conditions.
